The approval system provides human-in-the-loop oversight for sensitive operations:
- Token unwrap requests: when an agent wants to see the real data behind a token
- Sensitive actions: operations flagged in policy as requiring approval (e.g., sending emails, modifying financial records)
- Anomaly escalations: unusual behaviour patterns that are escalated for review
Pending approvals appear on the Approvals page and on the dashboard overview. Each request shows the agent, action, context, and risk assessment. You can approve, deny, or request more information.
All approval decisions are recorded in the immutable audit log for compliance purposes.
