What is Vortalis?

Vortalis is a security and governance proxy that sits between AI agents and the services they access. Sensitive fields in API responses are shielded from agent context before they ever reach an agent. Agent-to-agent delegation is governed by bilateral policies with chain depth limits. Every action is recorded in a tamper-evident, cryptographically-chained audit trail. Agents work with the shape of your data, never the content.

With declarative policy enforcement, human-in-the-loop approval workflows, workflow state machines with deny-by-default enforcement, and tenant-scoped anomaly detection, Vortalis gives enterprises the confidence to deploy AI agents across email, CRM, finance, healthcare, legal, and productivity platforms, without compromising on compliance or data protection.

Custom service adapters run under a resource-limited sandbox with an AST-allowlist validator, with namespace, cgroup, and seccomp confinement where the host runtime supports it (the sandbox remains EXPERIMENTAL pending external review). Credentials are protected by pluggable encryption providers with enterprise-grade key management. The platform supports distributed rate limiting and containerised deployment for horizontal scaling in production environments.

The Company

Vortalis is a Dubai-incorporated company, registered at the DMCC AI Centre in June 2026. It operates the Vortalis platform and holds the customer relationship. Development is delivered by MTE Software Limited, our UK development partner. The founding team leads both entities.

UAE and the Gulf

On 11 June 2026, Dubai approved an executive plan to accelerate agentic AI adoption across the private sector at national scale, targeting 295,000 companies for agentic AI adoption. Every agent that plan brings into production needs governance. Vortalis is incorporated at the DMCC AI Centre, and is built to serve UK, EU, and UAE regulated industries.
